Returning Order
As long as your order is in its original manufacturer packaging, in a re-sellable condition & returned back to us within 2 weeks of receipt of order we will provide a refund. Please email / call us with your order details so we can book this in with our warehouse & provide you with our warehouse return address.
Returning Duration
Unfortunately not, due to the nature of our products once these leave our warehouse we are unable to guarantee that these items are kept in their optimal setting. Many of our items are moisture / temperature reactive so unless faulty, we cannot accept returns past this point.
Returning Responsibility
This responsibility falls onto the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted 14 days from receipt of goods, customer is responsible for this being sent back.
