When you place an order through the website, this is subject to these Terms of Use and our Sale Terms. Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. This includes orders where we suspect fraudulent activity, or any orders where the incorrect delivery charges have been made. Should there be an error with any delivery charge, we will contact you to notify you of this error. Any orders where incorrect delivery charges have been made may be cancelled by us and your payment will be refunded. All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply the full quantity of products that you have ordered (as we are a trade counter also so stock is live at all times) we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, with the balance to follow ASAP.
